Check if your device supports eSIM
Follow these steps to activate your eSIM
iOS 12.1 or later required
Ensure your iPhone or iPad supports eSIM. Most devices from iPhone XS onwards support eSIM.
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code via email. Keep this email accessible.
Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data on iPad).
Tap 'Add Cellular Plan' or 'Add eSIM'.
Use your device camera to scan the QR code from your email, or enter the activation code manually.
Give your eSIM a label (e.g., 'Travel Data' or 'International') to distinguish it from your main plan.
Choose whether to use this eSIM as your primary line or keep it as a secondary data-only plan.
Tap 'Continue' and wait for activation. This usually takes 1-2 minutes.
Android 9.0 (Pie) or later required
Verify your Android device supports eSIM. Most modern Android phones from 2020 onwards support eSIM.
Check your email for the QR code and activation details after purchase.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (or Mobile Network > SIMs).
Tap 'Add mobile plan' or 'Download a SIM instead'.
Select 'Use QR code' and scan the QR code from your email, or enter the activation code manually.
Set a name for your eSIM profile and choose your preferred settings.
Make sure 'Mobile data' is enabled for your new eSIM profile.
Wait for the eSIM to download and activate. This typically takes 1-3 minutes.

No! eSIM works alongside your physical SIM card. You can use both simultaneously - for example, keep your main number on the physical SIM and use eSIM for data while traveling.
eSIM activation is usually instant or takes 1-3 minutes. Once activated, you'll see the network signal appear on your device.
Most of our eSIM plans are data-only. However, some plans support SMS. Check the plan details before purchase. For calls, you can use VoIP apps like WhatsApp, Skype, or FaceTime.

Yes! Most devices support multiple eSIM profiles. However, you can typically only use one eSIM at a time for data. You can switch between eSIM profiles in your device settings.
When your eSIM plan expires, it will automatically stop working. You can purchase a new plan and activate it using the same process. The expired eSIM profile can be removed from your device.
Go to Settings > Cellular (iOS) or Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs (Android), select the eSIM profile, and tap 'Remove Cellular Plan' or 'Delete SIM'.
