eSIM Installation Guide
Use this guide to easily install and set up your eSIM
Installation Steps

Check phone compatibility
First, make sure your phone supports eSIM. Go to your mobile settings.
- Your phone must support eSIM
- iOS 12.1 or later or Android 10 or later required
- Phone must be unlocked

Receive and scan QR code
After purchase, a QR code will be sent to your email. Scan it with your phone camera.
- Connect to the internet
- Scan in a well-lit environment
- Keep your phone camera clean

Install eSIM profile
After scanning, follow the installation steps. Enter the confirmation code if prompted.
- Follow all steps to completion
- Restart your phone if needed
- Check APN settings

Activation and usage
After installation, activate the eSIM from settings menu and configure data settings.
- Enable data roaming
- You can have multiple eSIMs
- Only one eSIM can be active at a time

Follow this path: SIM Card Manager > Add Mobile Plan > Add Using QR Code

Important Compatibility Notes:
- Some older models may require software updates
- Locked phones may not work with eSIM
- iPhone models from Hong Kong and China also dont support eSIM
- To use eSIM, the phone must support 4G/LTE or 5G networks
- Some countries may have restrictions on eSIM usage
