•We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

Service Description

•esimtrip.me is a decentralized eSIM marketplace that allows you to purchase eSIM data plans using Solana cryptocurrency. We operate as part of the esimtrip.com ecosystem and utilize their eSIM delivery infrastructure.
•Our Service connects you with eSIM plans from various carriers worldwide. We act as an intermediary platform, facilitating transactions between you and eSIM providers through our partnership with esimtrip.com.
•We do not guarantee specific network coverage, speeds, or service quality, as these depend on the carrier and local network conditions in your destination country.

User Accounts & Wallet Connection

•To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account or connect a Solana wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet private keys.
•You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or wallet address.
•You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
•We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to wallet mismanagement, lost private keys, or unauthorized access to your wallet.

Purchases & Payments

•All purchases are made using Solana (SOL) or other supported SPL tokens. Prices are displayed in SOL and are subject to change at any time without notice.
•By completing a purchase, you authorize the execution of a blockchain transaction from your connected wallet to our designated payment address.
•All transactions are final once confirmed on the Solana blockchain. We cannot reverse or cancel blockchain transactions.
•If a transaction fails or is interrupted, your funds will remain in your wallet. We are not liable for any losses due to network congestion, wallet errors, or blockchain issues.
•Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and esimtrip.com's terms. Please contact support for refund requests.

eSIM Delivery & Activation

•eSIM plans are delivered via email to the address associated with your account. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of purchase confirmation, but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
•You are responsible for activating your eSIM on a compatible device. We provide setup instructions, but are not responsible for activation issues due to device incompatibility or user error.
•eSIM plans are valid for the duration specified in the plan details. Unused data does not carry over after expiration. Activation windows vary by plan and carrier.
•Some eSIM plans may require manual activation or have specific activation windows. It is your responsibility to activate your eSIM within the specified timeframe.

Prohibited Uses

•You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates any laws in your jurisdiction.
•You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Service's operation, or use automated systems to scrape or extract data.
•You may not use the Service to purchase eSIM plans for resale without explicit written permission from us.
•You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
•You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

•The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by esimtrip.me and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
•You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Service without our express written permission.
•The esimtrip.me name and logo are trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

•The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
•We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of blockchain technology and internet services.
•We are not responsible for network coverage, data speeds, or service quality provided by eSIM carriers. These are controlled by third-party carriers and local network conditions.
•We do not guarantee that any eSIM plan will work on your specific device or in your destination, even if the device is listed as compatible.

Limitation of Liability

•To the maximum extent permitted by law, esimtrip.me, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
•Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
•We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain transactions, wallet errors, network congestion, carrier service issues, or device incompatibility.
•Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

•You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless esimtrip.me, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

•We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
•Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

•These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which esimtrip.me operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
•Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
•You and esimtrip.me agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our operating jurisdiction for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
